Winter Time Blue Fishing on Keystone (12/4/14)

Had a pretty good day of fishing for Blues on Keystone yesterday with a fun group, Noah, Leonard, Roger& Ryan. Didn’t capture as many pics as I’d of liked to and it seemed ole Noah would somehow dissapper come pic taking time for him hahaha, but a fun time was had by all including myself. 10850101_770531839685835_5137503073157929852_n

Met at the ramp at 8:00 A. M. with a chill in the air and a light misty drizzle coming down and a tad on the foggy side. Loaded everyone aboard and headed towards our fishing spot making a quick stop along the way for some fresh lively shad. Made two throws with the net over a massive school of shad and had all we could use in a day of fishing and then some.10849849_770531809685838_3092868286580719656_n

Long story short, while fishing wasn’t fast and furious, the action remained pretty steady the whole trip, everyone got in on the action and ended the day with a big mess of fish to clean.10805735_770531756352510_8491766779133983612_n We had several fish pushing the 30″ mark, but no overs for the day.10520685_770531729685846_1823356728796440508_n Missed a few good hard hits during the day, but that happens for one reason or another on almost any trip and to be expected!!10253769_770531786352507_9121579548732380641_n Needless to say there was plenty of smack talk throughout the day and everyone had a great time despite the weather which pretty much remained the way it started, drizzle, cool & foggy!

Thank You Noah, Leonard, Roger & Ryan! Y’all are welcome in my boat again anytime!!!
