I know, it’s COLD, , , , , right?? Whewwww, Winter is certainly showing itself off right now with temps dropping down into the single digits at night and only getting into the 20’s and if we’re lucky lately, into the 30’s!! BUT, relief is in sight and warmer temps are on the way soon meaning the fishing, and more importantly, the CATCHING is gonna pick up and I’m rearing to go!!!
Blue Cats are gathered up in the deeper holes on Keystone right now, all bunched up and just waiting for an easy meal that we can assist with. Makes for a fun day of fish catching, rod bending, line stretching fun, and they are grat eating!!
In conjunction with the cold cold temps we’ve had lately, the Hybrids & Stripers on Sooner will be stacked up in the warm water discharge channel looking for an easy meal, one we can easily provide as well as getting in on some hard fighting fish catching fun!! Again, excellent table fare!!
Won’t be long at all and the Spoonbill/Paddlefish will be staging at the upper end of Ft Gibson Lake at the mouth of the Grand River (Chouteau Bend area) making for some awesome days of snagging fun!!
Plenty of openings right now thru the end of February, so if your getting the itch to stretch a line, hang into a good’un and spend a fun filled day on the water, gimme a call, I’d love to get you hooked up!!
