Sooner 9/27/11 Good Day
Ahhhhhhhhh, Sooner again!! Fished with repeat client Noah Harrelson (a great appliance repairman) and his good friend Roger Williams (a Tulsa District Fire Cheif) and what a beautiful day!! We started our day at 10:00 AM with a bait tank full of lively fresh caught shad and high expectations of getting rods bent and lines stretched!! Success!! It took some searching of several of the mid-lake humps and drop-offs and wasn't long before we were rewarded by some willing hybrid and stripers! While we didn't fill the ice chest, we certainly caught more than just a few of the striped denzins that swim Sooner's waters!! I cleaned 14 all told that more than filled a gallon bag of fillets and truly enjoyed sharing the day with both Noah & Roger!! Thank You guys for a good day on the water, hope we can do it again soon!!!
