What Happens When Ya Get A Sunny Warm Day?? TIGHT LINES & BENT RODS!! Git the NET!!
Whewww, finally got some warmer temps from the frigid nights and days we’ve had the past couple of weeks and got a call from one of my good clients that he and a buddy needed a day on the water and some fresh fish to fry up!! Sooo, off we went to Keystone Lake on Saturday in search of some winter time Blue Cats!!
While we didn’t actually “Load the Boat” with big numbers of fish, we caught plenty enough for them to both take home an ample supply of some excellent table fare, got some serious rod bending and tight line action and had a great day! We were right in the middle of a changing weather pattern, shifting winds and bright sunny skies for the most part, but enough fish cooperated with us to make for a delightful day on the water.
