As a guide, it’s really great to have an outstanding day on the water with rod bending, drag screaming, tight lined fish catching action going on. 
Couple that with some really great clients who love to have fun and love to catch fish and it makes for a rewarding and fun filled day for the guide, and of course new friends!!
Hosted Cody, his Dad Chris and Father-in-law Dennis for the “Dad’s” first ever Spoon bill snagging trip! We did a slow troll/jerk method for yesterday’s trip and a good plan came together for the day. We boated sixteen Spooner ranging from mid 30 #’s to the biggest (for us) at 55#’s! Had a few near misses, snagged one Carp and two good sized Gar, released to swim again!
All in all a great fun day to be on the water with a really great trio! Lots of laughs, loads of grins and only a few complaints about being worn out, beat up and getting sore arms LOL!
Thank you Cody, Chris and Dennis, had a ball with you and look forward to seeing everyone again!
