Okay, it was time for ole Hawker to have a little fun himself and spend the day on the water with two very good friends doing something we all love to do, , , , , , , , , FISH!!
We agreed, it would make for an even more fun day if we were to bring along some youngsters, so Shawn’s two sons, Hunter & Jim joined us and another good mutual friend Kent Boatright joined in along with his nephew Tyler!Hunter & Jim are both pretty experienced little fishermen already know their way around a boat, fishing gear and Hybrids. This was however, Tyler’s very first Hybrid fishing excursion and he caught on very quickly and up until the last hour of the trip had the biggest fish in the boat when little Jim beat him out with a chunky 7 pounder!

All in all, a super wonderful day on the water with some really great friends, very excited young fishermen and a boatload of fish! Cleaned a full limit of Hybrids and caught/released countless numbers of hard fighting Hybrids and several good sized Sand Bass!!
Thank You Shawn, Kent, Tyler, Hunter & Jim!! I am truly blessed to have good friends like you and it did this ole heart proud to be able to share such a wonderful day with you the way we did!! Memories of a lifetime!!
